Each pillow conforms to the exact contours of your head and neck while providing flexible support and minimizing the stress on your neck and shoulders, relieving muscle pain-a fact many in Far Eastern countries have known for centuries. They also provide natural ventilation so you stay cool and dry. The rectangular pillow has a natural-colored, 100% cotton fleece-lined cover that unzips so you can remove some of the hulls to personalize the comfort level. Comes in a 14"x19" standard size pillow or a 10"x14" smaller size pillow. The U-neck support pillow, which cradles your neck for added support, is great for traveling or to use at home.
