Just when you thought our Cheddar couldn't get any better, we've unveiled our Four-Year Cheddar. It's made by hand from fresh Vermont Jersey cow milk and then aged naturally for a minimum of four years to produce a robust cheese with depth and complexity. Slightly drier in texture, yet very rich, this is the best Cheddar we've ever tasted. The perfect complement to a glass of red wine or crusty bread. Sealed in wax to lock in the flavor, it's best to allow the cheese to warm to room temperature before serving. 1 lb. brick.
